IB (International Baccalaureate) is an international organization in the field of education, uniting more than 3,660 schools in 146 countries. The IB Diploma Programme (grades 11–12) certificate is recognized by virtually all leading universities worldwide. The best graduates of this program can not only be admitted to top universities based on their diploma grades but also receive scholarships and study free of charge.
Quantum College has opened admission for 8th, 9th, and 10th grade students to the preparatory courses (Pre-IB) of the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme. Applications are accepted until October 30.
In December 2011, 12 students of Quantum Lyceum, studying in the IB Diploma Programme, volunteered for a week by assisting delegations of participants in the Junior Eurovision as interpreters and guides. This project was part of their CAS program and received recognition from the IB evaluation board. The video was created by the students themselves and reflects the project and the opportunities it provided.
