"Quantum" College is the first private school in Armenia, founded in 1991. It was also the first to introduce the International Baccalaureate (IB) program in Armenia, starting in 2011.
In grades 1–12, teaching is conducted according to general education author programs approved by the RA Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports, while in IB Diploma program classes, teaching is carried out according to the IB Diploma program. The school also operates homework assistance and olympiad groups.
During the pandemic, classes were held online. "Quantum" developed its own online system and methodology for organizing the educational process.
Based on this, in February 2022, the "Olympiad Online School" was founded at "Quantum" College, where teaching is carried out remotely. Currently offered subjects are
"Native Language", "Mathematics", "English", and "Informatics" for grades 4–6, as well as "Russian", "Physics", "Chemistry", and "Biology" for grade 9.

Regulations and Conditions


Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy


At "Quantum" College, students’ personal data are collected and stored. Regardless of the form of education (in-person or remote), the following personal data are kept: student’s name, surname, patronymic, date of birth, email address, and phone number. Biometric data may also be stored. All personal data are stored and processed in compliance with RA and international legal regulations, are not provided to third parties (except as required by law), and are not made public. For protection, licensed hardware and software solutions are used, updated according to modern requirements. Nevertheless, since no system is absolutely secure, "Quantum" College is not responsible for data leaks caused by user negligence or cyberattacks, but undertakes to resolve such issues as quickly as possible. When applying, the student, parent, or guardian is informed about this policy. Enrollment at "Quantum" assumes acceptance of these terms.

Regulations of the Online School

1. Basic concepts: Online School – an educational institution implementing general education programs remotely
2. User – a person authorized to use the electronic system
3. Username and password – login credentials known only to the user
4. Online learning platform – the electronic system used for communication
5. Electronic diary – part of the platform for registered users
6. Learning stage – a logically structured sequence of lessons for a specific period
7. The online school is an integral part of "Quantum" College (legal name: "Quantum" UGAK)
8. The equipment and software of the online school are property of the College
9. Only persons not enrolled in on-campus education at "Quantum" may use the online services
10. Unauthorized access or misuse of the platform is prohibited
11. The regulations follow the internal disciplinary rules of the College
12. Education at the online school is paid
13. Training is organized online according to the program, duration, frequency, and schedule chosen by the user
14. The only communication system is the online school platform
15. Tuition fees are determined individually, depending on subjects, duration, siblings, or social programs
16. Fee amounts, start/end dates, and deadlines are available to users
17. If the fee is not paid by the deadline, access to the diary is blocked
18. After payment, access is restored
19. Deadlines are usually set so that the student may attend at least one live online lesson before paying
20. Learning stages usually last one month
21. Fees are non-refundable unless there is a valid reason for absence
22. These regulations also constitute a contract between the user and "Quantum" College
23. In case of violation, the College may block access to the platform
